SIEORA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Customers of Sieora's services are eligible for a refund if they are dissatisfied with the service and the service is entitled to a refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • SIEORA does not accept cancellation requests for services. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service delivered is not good.

  • Once a refund request is received, Sieora will review the request to verify eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will only be granted if the customer has accessed less than 20% of the course content. Courses accessed beyond 20% will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the course.
